Pause for Paws

In my kitchen, there is a dog treat jar that sits on the counter.  It has paw prints all over it.  I always thought it was cute, but I never thought about doing nail art inspired by it — until now.  I thought, why not?  It turned out to be a cute idea.

Items Needed:

  • Dotting tool
  • Quick dry topcoat
  • Base coat
  • White acrylic paint

Polish Used:

Step 1: After applying your base coat, apply two coats of “Nothing Else Metals”.  Then, apply a quick dry top coat.

Step 2: Using your dotting tool, make a few large, somewhat sloppy dots on each nail.

Step 3: Then, surrounding each dot, add three small dots to create the toe prints of the paw prints.

Step 4: Lastly, apply your favorite top coat and you’re all done.
