I know it’s been a while since I’ve done a nail post, but I’m back at again. For this mani, it was inspired by artwork by Malika Favre. I began to head in the direction of this photo below, but I didn’t trust myself to do the grid. So, to make it my own, I added some silver foil and I think these turned out pretty awsome.
Items Needed:
- Nail art brush
- Top Coat
- Base Coat
- Nail Foil
- Acrylic paint (Light blue or White mixed with blue)
Polishes Used:
- Essie – I’m Addicted
- O.P.I – I saw…You saw…We saw…Warsaw
Step 1: After your base coat, apply two coats of a light blue polish on your nails.
Step 2: Then take a dark blue polish and make a wiggly shape on your nails.
Step 3: Using a light blue acrylic paint, paint an outline of the dark blue shapes you made. This doesn’t have to be perfect, just wiggly.
Step 4: Apply some silver nail foil wherever you want on the nail.
Step 5: Top everything off with your topcoat and you are all done.
